SUMACO BV, identified above, is the controller of personal data submitted through this website. Questions about your data can be sent to info@sumacobv.com.

When you use the contact form or email us, we process the details you provide (name, company, email address and message) only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up, unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@sumacobv.com.
